The Hall Lessee is responsible for obtaining its own property insurance to protect the personal property of the Hall Lessee or that of its staff or participants. All Hall Lessees will provide general liability insurance With a minimum two million dollar ($2,000, 000) per occurrence for its own participants, The Kamloops Pulp Society must be listed as additional named insured.

The Lessee shall provide the Kamloops Pulp Society with evidence of insurance coverage at least ten (10) days prior to the function. The Hall Lessee understands that they use the Hall at their own risk.
